Jane has been making textile work with dyed, printed and embroidered textiles for over 15 years. Building layers of colour and texture capturing the detail of real leaves with eco printing, adding hand embroidery and vintage ephemera to tell a story.

Cotton reel trees celebrate heritage fabrics and iconic art styles from around the UK. Using vintage wooden cotton reels to create groups of trees that people collect over time.  More recently she has been designing a collection of lino printed animals, printed onto vintage linen which sit amongst the cotton reel trees.
