Our Goals
Saltaire Inspired will:
● Deliver contemporary annual arts and craft events in the UNESCO World Heritage village of Saltaire and Shipley
● Celebrate and explore the heritage of our region, people and communities through art
● Use public buildings, outdoor spaces and private homes as venues to encourage and reachout to new audiences, exhibitors and communities
● Celebrate local creative talent, showcasing high-quality art, craft and design
● Use art to bring communities together and celebrate what makes us unique
● Provide creative learning experiences by offering free workshops and drop-in sessions for all ages and interests
● Produce inspiring, engaging events and activities that are accessible and affordable to all – and in most cases free
● Work with our team, communities and partners to continuously improve the sustainability of our events
● Maintain charity status, raising funds from a mix of grants, sponsorship, advertising, fees and donations
