With a keen eye for intricate detail and a curiosity for pre-owned items, Francesca creates a range of handcrafted contemporary jewellery and personal possessions. Her work focuses on how an object evokes enjoyment and significance for its owner through familiarity and engagement. Each design is created with the hope of initiating a response through the recognition of existing everyday objects that have inspired each piece, from matchsticks to paperclips, with an added narrative through the adaptation of second-hand items, some of which become wearable and others that are merely companions to our everyday lives.
Alongside her collection, Francesca offers a bespoke service, working closely with customers to create unique one-off pieces as well as a recycling service, transforming customers’ old gold and inherited jewellery into new sentimental treasures.
