Jo Lavelle Jewellery

Through experimentation in her workshop Jo discovered her love of texture and movement that are the constant detail in her jewellery collections. Inspiration and jewellery style derives from petal and leaf patterns in nature that create natural repeated forms and beautiful intricate detail.

Through her jewellery design and making processes Jo aims to create layers upon layers of silver tags or loops combined with different finishes and stones to create mini moveable sculptures to be worn.

Jo works mostly in silver and with metal finishes tending be matte or hammer applied texture to intensify the finish and texture further.
