Chris Williams Artist
Chris is a self-taught printmaker and artist living in the North West. His art is inspired by the beauty of the British coast and countryside. His linocut prints are influenced by his love of English and Japanese woodcuts.
His passion for creating linoprints led to a year studying on the Complete Printmaker Course in 2020 at Hot Bed Press in Salford, learning to express ideas in an array of printmaking techniques.
Chris is a multidisciplinary artist, hand tinting his linocut prints with watercolours,painting dramatic skies in oils, acrylics or soft pastels and creates sketch commissions in pen and ink
