Join students from Bradford School of Art in the United Reformed Church Gardens, for drop-in textiles activities throughout the weekend.
Letterpress Printing with The People Powered Press
Pop-up letterpress printing workshop, where you can hand-make your own prints to take away with you.
Saltaire Makers Fair Artist Demonstrations
Your chance to talk to the artists and makers about their craft, ask questions and get inspired!
Please note that some participatory activities may include a small charge.
Demonstrations by: Alx Creations (glass & mixed media), Ginnel and Snicket (ceramics), Isabella Anne Kelley (jewellery), Kate Rhodes (jewellery), Sue Bibby (embroidery), Tabby Textiles (weaving) and The Merryweather Artist (printing).
Art & Design Workshops with Shipley College
FREE drop-in activities for ages 5+, led by Shipley college students. Adult supervision required for children.

A Selfie with Titus
Saltaire founder Sir Titus Salt has taken up temporary residence in the community kiosk and would love you to grab a selfie with him!
Silver Clay Jewellery with Becca Macdonald
Using the magic of silver clay create a silver fingerprint pendant with local Jewellery artist Becca Macdonald. Pendants will be fired and finished off site and available for collection within 2 weeks.

Learn about the history of Poesy rings and choose your own message to give to your beloved in a hand-crafted collaged card.
