A Northern Light
Claire at A Northern Light creates handmade lamps, lampshades, candle covers, printed artwork and stationery that all feature a print from an original illustration.
Claire’s aim is to create something that gives a cosy glow and a clean simple look in the home and with this in mind, she uses a parchment paper to create the lamps and candle covers that when lit creates a soft warmth. The lampshades are made using a cotton canvas which again gives a light natural feeling in the home.
Claire’s artwork is inspired by the natural world and graphics, with a focus on birds and wild flowers.
