Angela Hall
Angela makes make limited-edition silkscreen prints from her home studio in North Yorkshire. Her work is an expressive and playful reflection of collected objects, still life studies, interiors, and gardens.
Her prints start life in sketchbooks and explore everyday places and environmental subject matter. She works quickly and spontaneously in order to create simple but expressive imagery.
Bold broken outlines and texture are overlayed with colour using the photo and mono print silkscreen process using hand painting alongside collaged stencils.
