20Bronte Adam
Bronte creates relief woodblock prints and collagraph prints with hand painted elements. She explores the essence of being through personal narrative, with a desire to create connection to the land and observe our relationship with nature.
She spends half her year in the desert of Baja, Mexico. The culture, light, colour and landscape have left a distinct impression on the style of Brontes work, along with influences from folk art and indigenous art of the Americas.

The Leeds and Liverpool Canal Society welcome the opportunity to host an artist on Kennet at the 2026 Saltaire Arts Trail and to welcome a wide spectrum of people aboard, not only to see art in a different environment but also get a taste of the life of a boatman in the Boatman’s Cabin.
Kennet is a Heritage Short Boat built in 1947 specifically to travel the total length of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal. The Leeds and Liverpool Canal Society, a totally volunteer Charity, took over the ownership from the Canal & River Trust in 2011 and restored her with a Heritage Lottery Grant to be able to “carry a cargo of heritage” about the canal and its boat people to communities along the canal.
