Dianne Cross Ceramics

Handbuilt vases, wall pieces, boxes, bottles and vessel forms with washes of cobalt and copper over a matt white glaze sometimes adding a ‘pop’ of yellow, on top of textured surfaces. Dianne wants to evoke a feeling of the seashore and coastline so these are imagined seascapes/landscapes rather than illustrating a specific view.  Also new work, vases and vessels, reflecting the colours in her Aire Valley garden and local moorland.
