Ginnel and Snicket

Helen, the artist behind Ginnel and Snicket, makes work largely inspired by a love of idiosyncratic historical characters and events. She has a particular interest in the convoluted and occasionally hilarious history of the early modern period, but her interests range from the bronze age Beaker people to 1970s wrestlers.

Helen makes functional and decorative ceramics which she hopes spark curiosity and delight, or are at the very least, somewhere handy to put your keys.
