Hester Cox Printmaker
Hester specialises in collagraph and creates images that combine texture with intricate cutting. Her prints reflect her interest in natural history and her encounters with wildlife whilst fellrunning.
Currently she is working on a project which will culminate in a joint exhibition at the Dales Countryside Museum in 2027. ‘Cherish’ highlights priority bird species in the national park and celebrates the fragile habitats that support them.
She was recently featured on BBC Countryfile and enjoys collaborating with environmental and cultural organisations such as Yorkshire Peat Partnership, Curlew Action, and Wild Ingleborough, using her art to raise awareness of environmental concerns.
