Lucy Gell

Lucy has been printmaking for over 20 years after a successful career as a puppet animator for Cosgrove Hall Films in Manchester. Lucy animated on children’s television programmes including Postman Pat, Noddy and Andy Pandy. Her fun graphic screenprints and etchings are influenced by her love of animation and children’s book illustration. Lucy’s work focuses on character and personality with a strong emphasis on simple graphic design and humour. Along with her original prints Lucy produces a large range of greeting cards and enamel pin badges.
