Rebecca Perry Ceramics

Rebecca’s ceramic practice is driven by her expressive painting style, with the abstract marks influenced by shapes and lines within the landscape. She translates the colours and textures of the sky and countryside onto her pots using slip decoration, mono-printing and bold glazes.

Rebecca uses a combination of slip casting and hand building to create unique stoneware and porcelain vessels. The form is kept simple to allow for the decoration to be the focal point of each piece. The interiors are glazed with rich, vibrant colours to give a contrast between the interior and exterior.
