Susan Holloway works under the studio name Holloway & Dillon, with her porcelain jewellery presented as Whispered Porcelain.
She creates contemporary porcelain jewellery and small objects that combine hand-formed clay with drawing, mark-making and subtle surface detail. Each piece is shaped, glazed and finished in small batches in Harrogate, all embracing the quiet irregularity of the material.
With a background in fashion design and education, she brings a clear, design-led approach to craft. The collections explore memory, landscape and everyday ritual through understated, tactile pieces intended to be worn and kept.
