Zoë Badger – Zebedeeprint

Zoë’s main objective is to create bold and colourful hand printed linocuts. Mark making with the use of pattern and texture are the key elements of her work. She predominately favours the multi block method using one block per colour to build up layers and depth within each print. However, recently she has experimented with reduction linocut prints, for a very limited edition. This is a much more spontaneous way of working with some wonderfully surprising results. Her subject matter is largely inspired by her garden and the landscapes passed through whilst walking.
