Jochen creates abstract wool embroideries colour is an important element of his work. His work is mainly abstract with a spiral motif frequently running through the embroideries. The work he creates run from large 6 foot x 4 foot to small pieces which are 8 inches x 8 inches.
He makes all the stretchers for the embroidery canvas’ and then uses Appletons Wools as he found the range of their colours fulfilled his embroidery needs.
