Magdooshka Creates – with Glass

Magda is inspired to design and make stained glass creations in her garden studio in Ripon. She aims to add extra colour, light, and movement into gardens and homes.

Her organically driven range of smaller work includes birds, flowers, mirrors, hangings and sculptures with ‘planting’ stakes. The glass design for her largest sculptures is informed by the natural grain of the wood she has used.

She predominantly uses traditional lead came and copper foiling techniques, but also utilises a range of other methods, techniques and materials to produce her ideas and to enable her work to hang or stand.
